Self Pick Up is available and can be selected at the checkout. We are located in Pukekohe and Mt Eden, Auckland.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Although delivery is usually made within 3-4 days of payment please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch and delivery.
Delivery is only within New Zealand.

Shipping Method: Depot Pickup
All chairs will be shipped in cartons and must be picked up from the respective depots.
To determine the closest depot to your location and the associated carton pricing, please refer to the list below.
Please note that we do not offer door-to-door shipping.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Please check how many how many chairs there are to a carton on the product page to determine the shipping cost.
Most chairs are shipped in pairs with the exception of our stools (1 stool per carton), Replica Philippe Starck’s Louis Ghost Chairs (5 chairs per carton), Replica Victoria Ghost Chairs (4 chairs per carton) and Cesca Chairs (4 units per carton). Part cartons will incur the same cost as a full carton e.g. shipping a single Replica Victoria Ghost chair will cost the same as shipping 4 chairs.
Mixed Orders. If a combination of different chair types is ordered, each chair type will be shipped in its own respective carton. For example, if a Hollywood chair, Victoria Ghost chair, Philippe Starck chair, and a stool have been ordered, they will be shipped in 4 different cartons.
Bulk Orders – For orders greater than 8 units please call us directly as we maybe able negotiate a better shipping rate for you with our carrier.
